Privacy Policy & Copyright

This policy applies to Nairlo and to every application and system Nairlo designs, develops, or operates, including apps published under the Nairlo name on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Who we are

Nairlo for Custom Softwares Design & Development ("Nairlo", "we", "us") is a software company licensed in Kuwait (CR 2026/7779). We build custom operational software and mobile applications. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@nairlo.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the app and how you use it, we may collect:

Account information — such as name, phone number, or email address you provide when you register or sign in.
Content you enter — data you create or submit inside the app to make it work for you.
Device & usage data — device model, operating system, app version, language, and basic diagnostic or crash information.
Permission-based data — only what an app feature needs and only after you grant the relevant device permission (for example, contacts or notifications). We request the minimum required for the feature to function.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not collect data beyond what a given app needs to operate.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and secure the app and its features.
To authenticate you and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
To diagnose problems, fix bugs, and improve reliability and performance.
To communicate essential service messages related to your use of the app.

4. Sharing & service providers

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our apps — for example, cloud hosting and database providers, and error/analytics tools used to keep apps stable. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.

5. Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed credentials — to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at every layer.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may ask us to stop processing it. To exercise any of these rights, or to delete your account, email contact@nairlo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.

9. Copyright & intellectual property

All software, source code, designs, logos, text, and other materials in Nairlo's apps and on this website are the property of Nairlo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The Nairlo name and logo are trademarks of Nairlo.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our software or content without prior written permission, except where such rights cannot be restricted by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
